PAYMENT
All customers must first prepay for all
orders by paypal (must use paypal confirmed shipping address only for buyer
fraud protection), cashiers check, money order, postal money order, personal
check, company check, or by credit card. Personal and company checks will be
held for up to 10 business days. All parts in stock will be sent when payment is
received and cleared unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders
must be cancelled by the customers or will be automatically shipped upon their
availability. All returned checks are subject to $35.00 return check fee.
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. All sales are final. No exceptions.
BACK ORDERS
Parts in stock will be sent out immediately unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders must be cancelled by the customers or will be automatically shipped upon parts availability. We do our best to provide excellent and accurate service to our customers. We also encourage customers to try our online ordering option.
SHIPPING/ DAMAGES
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges, as well as any charges incurred by the carriers. Buyer is responsible for any re-delivery charges that may occur when buyer misses scheduled delivery appointment. All international customers are responsible for their own customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, etc. We will not be responsible for any international customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, etc. Some trucking companies may require brokerage services. Sakura Industry is not responsible for any brokerage services what so ever. All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by Sakura Industry All products are sold brand new, Sakura Industry is not responsible for any damage due to the shipping. Any pickup should be checked before signing. Once you signed, we assume you have received and checked the merchandise to be in brand new condition. Signing invoice will void your liability. Customers must check all merchandise before signing. All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by Sakura Industry , we use Fedex except in cases of oversized merchandise requiring the use of a trucking company, etc. Sakura Industry packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. Any damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged is considered a concealed damage), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt of shipment. After carrier has inspected the damaged merchandise, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods. Replacement value is not negotiable. It is the amount that you paid for the product only. We are not responsible for any repair cost. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount, which can be negotiated with the carrier. Damage may occur during transporting of goods. Any damage during shipment process will be the responsibility of the shipping company. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the shipping company. All disputes as to settlements or related to settlements should be addressed to the shipping company. We under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for any subsequent settlement of any claim with the shipping company.
WARRANTY/LIABILITY
All products sold by Sakura Industry
are sold gAS-ISh to the customer. Sakura Industry does NOT offer
warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the
manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products
sold by Sakura Industry are aftermarket products and are intended for
off-road or show purposes only. Sakura Industry is not liable for any
damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by
the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for
street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other
safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Sakura
Industry will not be responsible for the customerfs actions. Installation
of Aerodynamics All aerodynamics are manufactured with fiberglass unless
otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT
be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving,
filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may
include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our
policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in
installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with
custom fiberglass body skill experience performing the installation. Refunds
will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by
extreme margins, a product cost reimburment will be considered. Sakura Industry
will not be held responsible for any damages that occur on buyers vehicle during
installation of any part. Buyer is responsible for any damages that occur to the
vehicle during installation.
*AS YOU MAY KNOW ALL BODY KITS ARE AFTERMARKET PARTS AND IT REQUIRES A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS DEAL AND WORKED WITH FIBER GLASS IN THE PAST.**
RETURN POLICY
Special orders cannot be returned. All other merchandise that customers are not satisfied with and would like to return, must be approved by Sakura Industry management prior to being returned and within seven (7) days of receiving the product. A Return Authorization number (RA Number) will be issued to the purchaser by Sakura Industry The RA Number must be written on the outside of the package being returned. Any returns must be unused, unaltered, unpainted, and in brand new condition. Any returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for their own protection, since neither Sakura Industry nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in transit. Damaged products are not considered defective. Wrong product ordered by you are not considered wrong products sent. It is the end-users responsibility to order the correct part for the correct application. If purchaser tried to install merchandise it is considered used and not returnable. We do not refund or accept returns on used merchandise. Any shipment returned unauthorized by Sakura Industry may be accepted, returned shipping charges will incurred upon the buyer. Any shipment sent freight collect, or any other method that is not approved by Sakura Industry would be refused and returned to the customer at their own expense. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to Sakura Industry , until the settlement of the claim with the carrier. The amount of the refund to the purchaser for the damaged returned merchandise will depend upon the settled claim amount. Customers returning merchandise are subject to pay for shipping costs, and a 25% service and restocking fee on the product purchase price (exclude shipping and handling). Upon receipt of the retuned merchandise, Sakura Industry shall determine whether the product in question is in brand new condition. NO cash refunds. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. No exceptions.

Sakura Industry recommends that all carbon fiber hoods, body kits, fiberglass hoods, spoilers, intercoolers, camber kit, wastegate, turbo, blow off valve and universal scoops, etc. are to be installed by a professional and qualified customizing shop. All universal scoops and body kits require custom modifications and prep work for exact fit. Sakura Industry is not liable for any and all expenses imposed by any customizing or collision repair shops. Sakura Industry recommends that all carbon fiber and fiber glass hoods are to be used in conjunction with hood pins for safety purposes. It is up to the judgment of the customer whether he or she selects to use hood pins or any other safety devices. All carbon fiber hoods, body kits, fiberglass hoods, universal scoops, spoilers and all other products offered are intended for show purposes and off road use only. Check your local state laws for more information. All prices, information, etc are subject to change without notice.
